The stories we tell ourselves about ourselves are pretty incredible when you stop and think about them. They are rarely based in fact and are most likely not based on current evidence. One of the most amazing things I’ve learned about human behavior (including my own) is that we seek to confirm the negative beliefs we have about ourselves often ignoring or discarding the positive affirmations we get from others. We become blind to them.
You deserve to be healthy, happy and whole. You are worthy. You are important. You don’t need to stay small. You can stand fully in your power. You can play big. Sometimes all it takes to find that inner strength, that inner power, and to be able to stand tall is to have someone believe in you first.
I believe in you. How is that possible if I’ve never met you? Because we are all worthy, deserving and valuable. Life experiences can make us forget that. Mine did. I know I can help YOU believe in you. And when that happens? Impossible is possible.
